Hmm lets straighten this list out a little.

You need some Fugazi, Tiger Army, Dead Milkmen, Death Sentence, Descendents, Ducky Boys, Eater, Chron Gen, UK Subs, Slaughter and the Dogs, Menace, Stiff Little Fingers, The Ruts, ATV, and maybe some Electric Sex Circus _dry.gif Now thats a great punk mix _smile.gif

LP ≠Punk

I'm not saying these are punk, but they're along the lines of the music above, like said before...

Green Day - St. Jimmy, Boulevard of Broken Dreams

My Chemical Romance - Helena, Cemetary Drive, Give Me Your Venom (Is that the song? I forgot...:P I just remember it had the word "venom" in it)

Bowling For Soup-1985, Punk Rock 101, Girl All The Bad Guys Want, Almost, The Bitch Song

Umm...yeah.

this thread makes me real sad. those aren't punk bands in the least bit. i'm surprised none of y'all suggested avril or good charlotte. hah.

try rancid, the clash, misfits, tiger army, the unseen, bad religion, dead milkmen, the casualties, the adolescents, the exploited, lower class brats, operation ivy -&- other bands like those. i'll make a bigger list if anybody wants it...a list of GOOD music. hahaha. =P

Go comeupon. Good music :)

Umm, don't get so hard on people for classifying music wrongly or their opinion of what punk is. it's what they chose to describe the music they like, it really doesn;t matter.
