my friend just told me she thinks theres something worng with her becuase she is 14 and has had full pubic hair for over a year and hant gotten ehr perisd, she has heard that a m onth after pubic hair development that you get your period.. but i dont know what to tell her.. please help..she has full pubic hair but no hair under her arms yet [idk if thats weird but for me i kinda got both at the same time]

secondary changes dont nessicarliy (sp?) come after primary

i have a health teacher who was my last year sci teacher so its not like we have to deal with a new teacher is a subject like.... health pinch.gif

Puberty takes come. Everybody is different. If she feels that she is different from other people, she can ask her mom or a docter.

no honestly i wuld say if it was me but i really dont care what you think.. but why do you see you tihkn she has cancer?.. and her mom died when she was a baby and her dads raising her and shes to embaressed to ask her dad

meh, some are late, it's normal, everyone's different and some take longer than others...she should be fine but if she's so worry, then go to her rents and if they don't know then go to the doctor .

stop complaining, getting ur period is not gunna be the best thing ever. Enjoy it while u can cause periods suck and ur young, have patience and just wait for it.

Underarm hair usually comes about 6 months before a period, and Pubic comes about a year.

mine came a few years after i developed pubic hair and underarm hair..then again i got pubic hair sorta earlyish. 5th grade. and i got my period during the summer of 6th grade.

yeah trust me i wouldn't rush it. when i didn't have it i was like omg almost everyone else does and i'm so scared i'm not ok. then i got it....and now i don't want it anymore.
