submit button is gone!, My submit button is gone, PLEASE HELP!!! Options

Recently, I discovered that I was getting no comments. I then realized that my submit button was gone! Here are the codes that are on my site:

This brought the button back, thank you. But, I had to take out

]http://help.xanga.com/replacelinks.htm//-->[/URL] from it because when I previewed my site, it said at the top

that was next to my counter, which was pushed over to the left side. So after I took that bit of the code out, the first page looked fine, but now when you go to make a comment, the page that you make the comment on has the pushed over icon and the html at the top. Is there something missing from the code? Thanks.

I keep trying to put this code into my site I have now, but its not going. When I put it into my experimental one, it works. I may just end my original and use the experimental as my site. Is there any way to fix my original?
