Uhm, you could take those pills to make your boobs bigger. But they sometimes have side effects of weight gain and extra facial hair and all.
But you could always just... wait until they get bigger.
And about getting taller? Sorry, that's just genetic. Nothing you can do about it.

i know the feeling. I'm 5'7 and all of my friends, mostly hawaiians, are short (4'8-5'4).

i saw a commercial for something called a Natural Bra. it takes the boobs you have right now...and pushes it up and makes you have a lot of cleavage...even if you don't even have a A cup size. Don't know if it works personally...but it sounds better than plastic surgery or pills.
