yes you just need to go into the look and feel, there you can choose out of the limited colours or you could go HERE and then choose one of them colours and it will give you the HEX for the colour and you just put it into the HEX box side the colour chooser in the look and feel

yeah you can just use <FONT color=#0000ff>TEXT</FONT> when you click on Edit HTML you change the numbers for the color you want and also change the TEXT to what you want to say... this is only for if you want to change like one line
