well, whatever.
To ask a girl out just simply go up to her and say "Will you go out with me?" To specificly where; like a dance, movies, dinner etc. You can also pass her a note.  Easy. If you're nervous, passing notes are easier because you're not telling her. |

 But whatever. Ya, you should just keep it simple and be like, "hey, wanna go out with me sometime?" Just be nice about it, and chances are she won't reject you unless she doesn't like you. |

hang out with her at school as friends first.. make her laugh, talk to her alot etc.. then be like "you wanna see a movie or something?" or "do u wanna go out sometime?" most likely she should say yes.. but dont be too friends with her.. cuz then thats the only way shell see u

But you should get to know her, like someone else said. Because if you're just some random guy asking a girl out that you dont know, then she'd be saying no unless she's too guilty and says yes because she feels bad. >_< like anthony. =)  my crush.
