i had an early release day today, because of finals. does anyone else get out early on days of finals? if not, do you get out of school early ever, and if so, for what?

Yeah, I get out at 9:45am tomorrow and 10:00am on Friday because of finals. It's pretty cool... more time to go on the computer... and study, of course.

exams we get the rest of the day off when we're done the test. And of course when jim pulls the alarm system he gives me atleast an hour to cram for the exam beforehand, so it's kinda a minute by minute kinda situation

hm... i had 6 finals this week. and then 2 more tommorow. 2 per day... 9:15-1:15... so... I HAVE FOUR MORE HOURS OF SCHOOL THEN IM FREE =D

every first thursday of month we get off at 12:35 instead of 2:35. and every parent-teacher conference days we get off at 12:35 too instead of 2:35

so out of three early release days, i wound up staying at least and hour later than we were released anyway. wednesday because i missed the bus, and had to wait for a senior friend to stop talking and take me home, then i stayed for about an hour and a half for band practice, then stood around and talked for ages after that, so i didnt get home until nearly when i would have anyway. then today i stayed in the band room, ate left over baked goods, checked out my grades, then stood around and cried because my friend is moving to colorado.

Yea, for Midterms and for Finals. Each day is like.. 3 periods... I believe... I think? But for sure for finals, they were all short days. Something like that
But my school has late-start days.. I wish they were early realease day so that there would be a short day every week.But for finals and midterms, there are short days. I can't wait for them! :D But at the same time, knowing that I'd have to get ready for those finals... I shall fail.

We used to get out early for finals, but we don't this year. We get early release days..randomly. I don't think we get them for any special reason.
