is it true after your period starts, then that means you will stop growing?!?! T___T;; my period started when i was in 5th grade... and i still have the same height when i was in 5th grade... i never grew yet T_T;; so it's that true? T_T;;;;;

you keep growing till like you're like in your 20s or 30s. Your height could be hereditary(sp?) or you may be growing at a smaller pace than everyone else. or, sadly you may not grow anymore. but i doubt that. you still good a lot of years ahead of ya!

Lol. I also heard from my sister that Birth Control makes you shrink and causes your boobs to get bigger. She knows this because she takes it...she's 4'11 and she's 16 years old...weird huh?

A few years after you get your first period.

i dont kno.. but im chinese and my mom says that u grow for 2 years after u get ur period and after that u dont grow anymore. unless u are korean and u do some sort of operation to do like a bone implant on ur leg to make u taller. i had mine in gr5.. now im in gr7. almost 2 years.. that's why my mom keeps telling me to play more "jumping" sports.
