hello!
 well i need some help. i know how to do div's and everything, but i am wondering what exactly are vector layouts? i'm making a layout that i have a high suspicion is a vector layout....i have a banner with navigation and everything, but i want the blogs to be moved up part way onto the banner, yet aren't in a div box... ...get it? |

Vector layouts are layouts that uses a vector image. lol I think... I'm not sure though. o_O Vector images are like this:

oh okay....i get it.
so i'm not making a vector layout. but i still want to know the code to move my blogs up into the banner without putting it into a div box. |
