image mapping problems, HELP Options

[fateful]

Hi everybody. i have been trying to map an image and i can do that but then when i put it into my page, it loads the image again in the header area instead of applying the map to the background. same thing when i try to put it in the webstats box. im really confused. please help. here is my mapping code
