i like it a lot.. but maybe because you did it in ms paint, the picture of beyonce is in a lower quality than it might be in photoshop or paintshop... other than that, i like it a lot =)

you should make the scroll-bar transparent & make the bg color of the blog header transparent and the font color to black.
 i like it, though. very sexy.
