There are only 13 books because it is known as an "unlucky" number. I think it's pretty spiffy. But there are only 11 books out right now, with "The Grim Grotto" being the latest one. Sorry to break it to ya.

i didnt know there was a book about this but i can't wait to see their movie! it seems so good!! and wow... 11 books?!?!?! wow i never knew about this was it because harry potter book was so popular that time and not "a series of unfortunate events"?

there isnt?! aww man... but see the 13th one didnt seem so appealing to me..as the other books did.. i mean i read those in like a month.. all 10 then i read the other 2 as they came out. and the movie, this girl that i know was supposed to get that part.. but instead that ugly person got it..

i just started reading them on monday and I"m already on the 4th one ^-^ they're really good tho. Nothing compared to Harry Potter though =/ someone told me that theyre better so thats really why i started reading them

well yea..there is no 14th -_- cuz since it's the series of unfortunate events, it goes up to 13, just like harry potter goes up to 7...how ironic
 but anyways yea they're my favorite books =D n the 11th is in stores and i bought it heehe it's really good! but it's also a clifff hanger =/ bleh the books come out too slow

No, no, no, everyone. That's all wrong. The twelfth book by Lemony Snicket, 'The Penultimate Peril', just came out only about a week ago. Also, I don't have time to stop by at the bookstore to read the books. I wanted to watch the movie!!! Seriously, the books are really awesome but I don't have a chance to watch it! |
