I'm not really religious at all. I could almost be athiest, BUT I do follow some of the beliefs of Buddhism. Shortiiex, please DO NOT ASSUME that everyone here goes to church, or is catholic/christian. There's Muslim (Islam?), Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, maybe some Shintoism (maybe, lol), etc. I dont' know all the religions, but I know there's more. I went to the TEMPLE back when I was younger and I used to believe all that stuff.
I don't pray at all or anything, but I still do believe in some of the beliefs, such as reincarnation and the possibility of reaching nirvana aka enlightenment. But that's about it. I haven't gone to the temple since I was 14. |

how funny. i went to a church retreat and just came back. i used to go to church because my mom made me. but now i think because of the retreat i will actually go because i want to go. oh yeah im catholic

At first, I became religious because my parents made me. But now I do it on my own free will. I'm a very religious person (I'm Catholic). Go to church every Sunday and right now I'm in Bible Study and in the process of trying to get Confirmed.

funny that this came up ... iono my moms really religious , i other other hand am not. Ive lost faith in "god" a while ago and i realize the only person who can control anything is myself. Today i was forced into going to church with my mom , iono i felt so out of place cuz everyone was all joyful and i was just there. I thought to myself "wtf am i doing in here?" if i coulrse i would have left but eh, im stuck.

i was grown to be a 100% catholic religious kid. parents forced me. i used to not be really that religious but lately i've been needing someone to talk to so i guess im getting kinda religious, praying 24/7.
thats the whole part of the religion, you dont need proof if you got faith. the whole concept of believing in God ..  dherf.

agnostic, noun One who believes that it is impossible to know whether there is a God. One who is skeptical about the existence of God but does not profess true atheism. and your poll's kinda skewed cause not all religious people follow the bible and go to church ya know..like christina said.

lol I don't cuss [= teehee and I go to reconcilliation like every 2 or 3 months or so...heh yep..I'm a Catholic [= haha it gets pretty funny in class sometimes...my class knows I'm religous, so sometimes they make jokes about it haha it's funny hehe but..yeah...

Most people here are either Christians or Athiest. I'm a Buddhist and a Taoist. I consider myself pretty religious. I go to the temple regularly on Sunday and I pray to Buddha. It's not something that my parents forced me into doing it but I find religion very interesting and I think other people should too.
