OMG!! I love that movie it was sooo funny!
Like many other movies adapated from sketches (most notably the ones from Saturday Night Live), Pootie Tang never quite makes it as a movie. It is funny in five-minute segments, but wears thin quickly when stretched out to a full-length motion picture (and not even that). However, it seems that the people who made Pootie Tang realized this and decided to make the film as strange as possible. To a degree, it works. There is so little going on in the film that everybody involved needs to do as much as they can to focus people on the odd peripherals of the film. There are a considerable amount of talented people working on Pootie Tang, but none of their skill makes it to the finished product. SEPA-TOWN

Pootie Tang was hilarious. I saw that like a yr or two ago though. It was funny. its kinda like those stupid funny movies which are my favorites haha
