How do I get my hair to stay up because whenever I try spiking it, it just falls down, even with gel...I tried a blowdryer but it doesn't seem to work and it keeps falling down...please help. I don't really have all those fancy things. My hair is approximately 2 in a half/3 inches

lolz........maybe yu are useing too much water or like to much gel and its making your hair not stay the way it is supposed to. It could also be your becuase not all pple have the hair to be spiked.

Well...I dry my hair before I gel it and when it was short, I could gel it...now I can't, it keeps falling down whenever I spike it.

The problem is that whenever I spike it, it just keeps falling down and not wanting to stay up...maybe I'm using too much gel or too little?

oh yeah, that's true.. mine doesn't stay up for long.. but that's because my hair is long & curly haha.
hmm.. idk, maybe you just need more gel. |

hmm idk, I might be wrong but if im right, thats sad and im a girl. your hair is to long? cut ur hair to like 1 1/2 inches. Thats when it will spike for a while...then again im probably wrong

i can go up to 2 and half inches and spike it. hm. put water in your hair, get the excess water off your hair after, and apply gel LIBERALLY O.O If this does not work i suggest you get a haircut! =]

use got2b glue. it is strong and if spiked correctly.. your hair have the potential to be a weapon.

i think i might be able to help...well i dont kno where your from but down here in miami we got something called bees wax...it makes your hair stay up for like months...alot of pple use it to keep there hairs up....they might sell it at walmart,walgreens or some places like that..its cheap its 5 bucks...bees wax..it use to wear it when i had long hair ...hope it helps...1

Wet your hair to the point where it's damp, but not sopping. Like P**sy haha.
Then use about a hershey-kiss-sized glop and spread it around. Pull at it lightly and quickly with your fingertips for about 20 seconds then look in the mirror. If something seems out of place, adjust it. When you have it right, dont touch it for the rest of the day. If it gets messed up for some reason, just use a comb on the whole thing, and it'll look like normal hair again. If all else fails, get your mom to do it for ya. |

i use to spike my hair, if it keeps falling down, then u could try just lying on your bed and putting ur head off the edge of the bed and tilt ur head back and just stay there till the gel drys

gel+hair spray+mousse.
i learned that method from somebody that had spiked hair that was about 5 inches long. o.O never tried it on myself though. |
