Does anyone know how to make a scroll bar just for one thing? For example, I want to have a scroll bar for the blogrings that wouldn't affect anything else like the chatterbox, subscriptions, entries, or profile.

its pretty much the same as the SIR(subscription) scrollbar. You just have to read the code. Theres a part that says 'Sites I Read' you just change that to whatever the title to your blogrings are. It worked when I used a custom module.
