Just think about it and use your discretion. You're old enough to discern what can hurt and what can't. Some dogs though, they're fragile, almost like toddlers, so you must be careful with them.

Anyway, why do people have dogs if they just leave the poor thing out in the hot/cold yard through out the year? If your intention was for security, get a damn alarm system.

One of my dogs lived in an apartment with me for about 9 years of his life and it took him a year to be housebroken. I know all about those messes your talking about because before him, my family bred German Shepards.

I am confused about the situation you're describing. In fact, I don't know if you're the one who's "abusing" or if your parents are.

Remember though, negligence is a form of abuse.

Not really. Because if you are indeed abusing that dog, I'm going to start to be VERY VERY mean and ugly towards you.

Oh my freaking god i misread the topic name.

I thought it said "anime abuse"
I was like "W-T-F? I gotta read this."

Anyway, animal abuse is just like human abuse. IF you harm the animal in such a way that is unlawful.

hurting animals, kind of self explainitory. i've neever witnessed it though..

//edit// i suppose not feeding your animal can also count as animal abuse...i mean if ou dont feed it it could die...because of you. take care of your dog!

Animal abuse is when the owner basically abuses the animal *intense beatings, starvation, etc.*

I seen a animal being abused once when I was little. I went up to the guy and started yelling at him. poor dog..shaking and everything. Wish i could have saved him.

abusing a dog means letting him starve to death, hitting the dog, or just not cleaning him

why do you ask what it is then say you saw it happen? you make no sense. "there is no subsitute for intellegence"

animal abuse is when people abuse animals. not a tough concept
