I was looking at THIS TOPIC and it reminded me of the show Are You Afraid Of The Dark. Do any of you remember that show, it used to be on Nickelodeon. And the group of friends would sit around a fire and tell "scary" stories. i used to love that show. i would every saturday night on "SNICK".
My favorite episode was the was called, "The Tale of the Gastly Grinner". it scared me so much, because i HATE clowns!  Did you ever watch that show? and if you did, which story/episode was your favorite? |

OMGOSH! i LOVED that show! i was obsessed..i liked the one uhh..i dont remember the whole thing..but i remember at the end the guy took this girl home and she had left her jacket in the car..so he drove back to her house to give her jacket back and this old lady answered and said that her daughter had been dead for 20 years or something..so he went to the graveyard and saw her headstone..there was a single red rose on top of it and he took the rose and left the jacket..but i liked that one..haha

I loved this show! I'd watch it every time it comes on, and there were some episodes that kinda freaked me out. But then again, that was because I was still in elementary school.
This one was my favorite episode. I got it off from some website: 'The Tale of the Prom Queen'? now- that was a good one! Judy Larson's ghost is said to walk the grave yard every prom night, in search of her boyfriend that never came to pick her up. On the way to get Judy, his car swerved and fell off the bridge. THE BEST PART is when you see the head lights in the distance, and you can hear the soft music playing..."In The Still Of The Night" and "the girl" reveals that SHE is really the ghost of Judy! Then the boy friend stops in his 57 Chevy, Judy gets in the car, and they drive off into oblivion...at last |

I knew my topic would bring back memories.  I loved the clown one, as I mentioned in that topic. Scared the living hell outta me. The one where that boy steals his nose and the clown stalks him. *shivers*

I don't remember any episodes... Actually, I remember 2. One was with this old lady and a girl and a doll, or something... And the other one was about this pinball machine and the mall .. and clowns? Or maybe I'm thinking something totally different... |

i remeber watching it at my gramps house. scared the frick out of me. i watched it for 2 months then switched to goosebumps. Goosebumps sucked so it got canceled and i didn't watch any scary tv series since...unless you label twilight zone as scary.

 i remember the old days "huy" ..lol used to watch that all the time during my childhood years....lol...i used to watch them with my friends and we'd scream together...and i AM afraid of the dark..STILL. =] and i remember watching them...the one i remember most was the one where people are skiing and then someone they know is missing then all of a sudden while they ski they hear their missing friends voice and then they see them and then the missing "friend" starts skiing away and then the person follows them and it lead that person to an abandoned cabin..and so on =] gosh tht scared the fark out of me.
