I just recently found out that George Bush and John Kerry are related to each other. They are 1st cousins, 40 times removed.

It involves all this mumbo jumbo shit, but I really didn't feel like writing all of the WHOLE family history. Sorry, but if you are really desperate to hear, then I guess you can PM me and I'll tell you- sooner or later.

Oh yeah, and I'm also related to George Bush- his great great great uncle married my great great great great aunt. Or something like that. Lol. rolleyes.gif

first cousin once removed means your mother or fathers cousin. 40 times means their cousins cousins cousins cousins cousins cousins [x40].

there was an article about this i think .... i remember reading that www.ancestry.com (familiar to you free-IPOD fans) did a family search on both Bush and Kerry ... and found that they were 9th cousins. They were both related to Vlad the impaler (who is better known as "Dracula") ... he got a bad rap for biting people in the necks ... instead he impaled them on sticks
