The moderating team does such a good job around here. Everyone on the team has their own unique personality, it sets them apart from the others. Everyone on the team is so diverse; you won't find two moderators that have similar personalities. I don't know, it's hard to describe. Everyone has their own exceptional skills, and it comes together to make the team a solid blend. The team may not always be completely unified, but they do their jobs.
 Take .. Joe, for example. He's a laid back dude and you can joke around with him, but whenever you need him to be serious, he's serious. Natalie, on the other hand, is never serious and is the optimistic, happy one.  Yeah, that's it.

Natalie is serious, though. Just serious in a nicer way. She doesn't feel like she has to act mean to get the point through. So.. yeah. I'm tired and I don't have good arguments. But I love Natalie, she's a great person to talk to and a great friend.

Um yeah, you're right. Most of the mods do a really great job. You guys have very different personalities, that's for sure...but they compliment each other well. For the most part, great job
