pornography is much simply put nude photography

... and not that I know who Tila Nguyen is .... but as you stated she has done nude pictures ... so that, as much as you wouldn't like to believe, is pornography ....

By the definition that you supplied .... it backs the argument that nude photography is pornography ....

Still or moving images usually of woman in varying states of nudity posing .... the rest of the definition is a part of an or statement and therefore is conditional.

But I understand your argument that it is not pornography ... I guess it all depends on whether you consider Playboy magazine pornography ....

If you think Playboy is considered pornography .... then you basically back that nude photography is therefore pornography as well...

If you don't .... then I guess you disagree.

But we can always agree to disagree.
