What happens to you at night? Options

Well, I meant sleeping, but whatever.
Do you do anything weird when you sleep? Like sleep walking or kick a couple thousand times?

I was just wondering.. since my Mom told me that I bite and grind my teeth.. or I guess I make really weird noises with my teeth and it gets really loud at night.. but it only happens when it's not being brushed right... but anyhoo.. answer my question because I'm nosey

haha i just sleep.....haha...i think i clench my teeth .... and uh...i slept walked like 3 times when i was 14 or something...we'll get into that laterz0rs... other than that...i sleep normal

but I usually sleep normal other than the fact that I twitch sometmies right before I got into deep sleepp..it's weirdd

err I roll around wayy too much. sometimes I fall off the bed =] I do a lot of wierd things, my godsister has said shes heard me talk before in my sleep, which is odd.

I toss and turn a lot. Sometimes I wake up and the covers are on the floor. One time I woke up and I had completely turned around..my feet were on my pillow and my head was at the end of the bed I drool pretty much every night, and Ive been told I snore and I talk in my sleep.

I tend to make the "angry" face look... Like when your really angry you flex your face muscles and stuff. I do that when im trying to get to bed for some reason. I also have this habbit of moving around alot.

i thought i was the only who grinded my teeth ;P haha. i wake up in the morning with my tongue all mishapen 'cause my teeth have been goin' at it all night. sometimes i talk in my sleep. i know i also move around a lot, twisting and turning ;o

Well, if I'm really really tired I usually don't move that much during the night, I'll just stay all wrapped up in my covers. If I'm not that sleepy when I go to bed, though, (which is almost never) I'll end up tossing about and I occasionally talk in my sleep. Sometimes (usually when I'm napping) I'll wake up suddenly, with a jolt, if I think I'm slipping or falling or something. And on that note, I'm heading off to bed. Goodnight

When you're in your first cycle of sleep you can be waken easily. And tend to have a feeling of falling.

I have that a lot. And since I have this werid fright of falling down stairs that's what I dream I'm falling down and I jerk and have a very frightened feeling.
