Repositioning the links at the top?, Need help please |

My xanga seems odd. In Mozilla Firefox everything looks good and is where I want it to be, however in internet explorer the Header and links are out of place.
http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=DrStupid42 The attached screenshot is how It should look, but in Internet explorer the header and links are out of place. How do i solve this?
