Hopefully this version is better.
(Could be worse though.)
NOTE :: So far I haven't figured out a way for it to work in both IE and Firefox. So, for now anyways, it looks best in IE.

And then I have to explain that there is no system. Just the fact that I give paperclips whenever I feel a layout is exceptional or deseves a paperclip for effort.
Tha amount of paperclips determines how good I think a layout is. But how many and reason is determined on the spot.

..... Screen resolution? It works better in things over 800 x 600.
Mostly because that's the size of the image.
Can you tell me WHY it's plain?

try looking at other people`s layouts and be inspired. there are better layouts.

in xanga showcase, don`t expect people to go crazy over your layout unless they`ve seen better.

you could try adding a border on your bg. the font is so overrated so try adding effects to it. [the font on the bg] and add more effects on your links & font in the blog. adding a gif as a bg won`t do that much good.

The last time I tried adding a border to that bg, it turned blue. It doesn't match. -.-u

it's just so purrrrrdy!!!! me likey. my old layout was all grey so i've become pretty bored with the whole gray themes... that's the only reason why i'm giving you a 9.5/10
