okay, this is what you are going to have to do...

put this in the custom header part...

CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
<IMG src="URL OF PICTURE" align="center'>
<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

then you put the code for the marquee.

CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
< WHATEVER THE CODE FOR THE MARQUEE IS >
<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

but if you do it like this, the banner is right next to the marquee. right!? if so, than just put this after the code for the banner.

CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
<br>
<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

that will bring the marquee under the banner. but if you want the banner under the marquee, than just switch the codes. put the code for the marquee in first, than put <br> after it, than the code for the banner.

sorry if that was kinda confusing! happy.gif

i hope that was what you wanted! pinch.gif

the codes you provided didn't have a picture except for the background. what picture did you want to have above the marquee? just upload it to a image host like photobucket.com or imageshack.us or any others that are listed in the webdesign chat section in the big book of resources, get the url.. and paste it into the code, replacing PICTUREURLHERE with the image's url.

and paste that at the very top of your header
