how do u get the frame size of ur skin background 650*507 on paint?
it says 650*507 but when i upload it to photobucket, it says 274*214....HELPPP i wanted to try and make my own skin like the one i hav rite now. reference = My Webpage |

upload it somewhere else. its probably beacuase the file is too big or something/
