HELP! cant find this script!, cant find script Options

the script where on the blue tool bar at the WAY top instead of saying 'creamysmile11s xanga' how do u make it something different and on the bottom too...

EX:: http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=d0rk__0x
hers is moving at the top but i dont want that. its on the bottom and the top.
