Omelettes! While you're cooking your scrambled eggs, just toss in some pieces of ham, chicken, pepper, cheese, anything, on one half of the egg, then fold the other half over the ingredients you just added. Very good.

I eat salads for breakfast, they're really easy and only take about 10 minutes. Avacados, tomatos, eggs, whatever you want.

QUOTE(conster @ Oct 2 2004, 12:34 PM) whats wrong with cereal? ![]() Total cereal is actually pretty bad for you, it has 100% of everything - so you can only eat One bowl of total - for the whole day. |

I know it's not something good to do, but I just drink water. Harr. ;] Low fat yogurt and a banana is always gooooood, though. |

french toast, very easy. mix 2 eggs, some cinnamon, and bread.
dip the bread into the sauce you made by mixin the eggs and cinnamon. cook it in a pan until the outside looks done. syrup on it is good too! |
