You know this is one of my writings I did not post in xanga so feel extra, extra special that I'm actually sharing this with ya'll. Not particularly a great entry, but just whatever came to my mind. If you would like to read more of my writings go to my xanga. This will probably be the only time I post a writing here. http://www.xanga.com/inspiraznx

I love it when autumn falls. You notice the weather doesn't hug anymore. Instead, it decides to breeze through the hair on your skin as it swirls around you. The orange sky compliments the fresh grass before autumn covers it. The streets are boring and clouds get overlooked. I was walking to my car as the sun greeted me from above. It seems closer these days. If I looked close enough I can almost see it smiling, enjoying the day as much as I do. The drive was quick and I almost forgot where I was going. I proceeded to walk the rest of the way as I felt a presence. It was there again . The warmth when I approached my car. The trees hovered over me. They were waving their limbs gently as the sound of crisp grass became less noticeable. Before I went inside I stood still to witness the start of autumn. The passing moment, the change that re-introduces itself each year. Why is it I noticed it this time around? How could I be so unaware of the decades of similarity breaching summer. I failed to smile as I watched the season blossom.

Your abrupt absence was undeniably a choice I could've halted. I have yet to tell you the joys of my life and ask of yours. Now was too late. Your lack of presence took the autumn away. I wanted to turn to you and say look at the world. Can't you feel it? It's aging too. My hand would grasp yours as I pull you in for your full attention. I know your eyes would wander at first, but relax as you're taken in by it. And without a doubt, your smile confirms everything I want you to feel. But I didn't need to turn. I knew you were gone. Everytime I wanted to pry you away from living just to say hello, how are you doing became a lost attempt. Goodbyes are the hardest and I missed out again. As my head hung low I let out a sigh from within and continued on my way. Once again, I failed to realize what no means. Because that's the last thing you said to me. That's the last thing I want.

EDIT: Sweet. Right now i'm Number 9 on featured content for xanga classic users.

I like it... it's as if I could feel the breeze. =]... but I hate the sun.

Kudos to you.
