Okay I have no idea where to post it, so im putting it here.

Okay so yeah I have Adobe Photoshop and I was wondering how I open a picture and then paste another one there. I am at a loss. I need this info to make a correct blend. Help meh puh puh puh please ermm.gif

um... yeah.... or copy the pic you wanna paste[ctrl + c], open the pic you want it pasted on & press ctrl + L

take your rectangular marquee tool or whatever tool to select an area, press ctrl+c, then open up your new document and press ctrl+v

Or you can click on the move tool and drag it to your document. :D
