Totally...actually mainly my dad. He rarely let's me go to sleepovers in case "anything bad happens" i mean..c'mon, im old enough, aren't i? laugh.gif well yahhh...i hate it!

Ahaha, I voted for hell yeah, even though they're not bad sometimes. I guess they know I'm getting older... Although they won't let me stay home alone, or go on the bus with friends + date. Ah well, I know they love me happy.gif

oooo yeah. very. i'm just about 16 and i still can't do a lot. i'm lucky i'm able to have a boyfriend (well i'd probably still be with him if i wasn't allowed but anyways...) but there are soo many rules in place its unbelievable. it sucks cause my friends parents aren't so bad.

Hell ya... I'm 14 and I haven't even been to a sleepover before. She thinks something "bad" will happen...Jeez.

If my mom found out I had a boyfriend (which I don't, btw) she would probably freak out and slap me and through me out of the house. I don't know about you, but that doesn't seem very protective to me...

She won't let me wear anything "too revealing." It's not revealing at all. I tell her some girls at school wear halter tops with bras with straps (um...ew?) and the back always comes down and you can see the back clip part of the bra. And she's calling me revealing?!?!? All I wanted to wear was a scoop neck. >.<

Yeah, mine are really! I can't even go out unless my parents know my friends. And if they don't it's like, "No, you can't go."

That's why I'm white white, meaning no tan. :P

theyre freaking weird they tell me i cant hae a bf till highskool and im in highskoo and den they tell me i cant have wun till im outta skool! wtheck but who cares i go out id anywun i want !!! mai mom mainly doesn want me to go ouit i go out a lot and they hate it but hello im a teenager haha too many reasons theyre overprotcetive..

it kinda depends on wut im gonna do. they still think im lyk 3 years old or sumthin. but they would let me go out wit friends and stuff. as long as i have 'adult supervision' kinda sucks

i think its lyk an unwritten code of law for all parents to have sum sort of overprtectiveness on their kids. and who are the ones who have to suffer?? the kids. gotta luv the politcis. lol

I would consider my mom to be the overprotective one. My dad doesn't really care about where I go or who I hang out with.
