Last night at work my friend and I got into a fight with a couple of drunk jerk-offs from the upstairs bar.

We work in a restaurant and we were taking the boxes outside to throw away -- they started crap with Eric, and he got shoved. He went off on the guy and then his buddy came over and they started fighting him. When I saw what was going on I jumped in but I got tripped and my back got stepped on in a really akward position.

After I broke the guy's face _unsure.gif I went home and then when I woke up I was in hella pain.

I've heard back problems can be recurring -- should I waste my time and money at the chiro or what? It's getting better...

I was just playing too biggrin.gif

But I just wanted to know if anyone here knows anything about recurring problems? Like if you could feel it later on in life -- anyone know anyone as a personal example? I'm probably going to get it checked out anyway, but...

i'm pretty sure the post above should say "heating pad", not "eating pad"

try stretching it out (hamstring stretches where you bend your back and touch your toes). if you can move it fully, then there shouldn't be anything broken. but that doesn't mean you don't have a torn ligament or anything. if it still hurts after a week or so, or if you're in excruciating pain, then go see a doctor

let me guess she works in the restaurant? hehe i dont know just a simple guess i guess cause the only jobs u can get more pain in your body is "waitress at a restaurant"

well anyways an advice for the umm omg i forgot ur name!! was it justin? T_T omg so sry-_-;; well anyways an advice is that if you just leave it like that...in the next few months later, it will get really worse and worse that you have troubles working or going to school like me... i couldnt go to the school for the last 3 or 4 months...cause of my backpain.. i didnt go to the chiropactic and get it fixed earlier-_-;; all my fault that i didnt tell my mom about the pain after the car accident cause i felt bad for those teenagers (cause i know them) who crashed into the back of our car... anyways i had to attend the chiropactic for whole 6 months, so if i were u... i would go right now hehe...

if u dont want the pain to get worsen out in the future, then i recommend you to go to the chiropactic and check your x-rays then get repaired^^;; to let u know it doesnt hurt...it's pretty much like massaging but really they are fixing the bones back to normal^^;;

i think you have phase 1...if u get up to phase 4 then ur bones will be weak it will fall apart... then ur blood will be like umm hard to explain but it will be bad..you wont able to move your body forever-_-;; it's really scary.. i know this friend of mine's friend who got into a huge car accident in korea and he didnt go to the hospital for the last 8 months cause he hates going to the hospital and all...so the next 8 months, he was in phase 3...he didnt felt good and didnt go to his sophomore year of school...and then he went to the chiropactic...and then they told him he got phase 3...that if he gets to phase 4 then he cant never move his body around especially his arms, leg, neck, etc...but there are some ways that u can move your arms and leg IF you're healthy enough^^;; eat a lot of vitamins!^^;; and like the doctors in chiropactic told him to come the chiropactic every 3 times a week... but he was to lazy to drive to the chiropactic and didnt want to go at all...so he didnt go there for the last 4 months then after the 4 months, he received phase 4...and ambulance took him to the hospital and got him a wheelchair...

Going to the chiro isn't a waste. You should go, you can have worse problems later.

Go to the chiro. Even though some other doctors don't think of them as REAL doctors. They still get the job done. _smile.gif

Hmm...recurring problems. I think when my mom had me, the doctors put some anesthesia (sp?) in her spine or something and she's so small that they inserted some of it into her spine. Her back hurts every once in awhile, but heh I don't know why I told you that because it doesn't quite relate to your story. laugh.gif Well, I hope you and your friend are okay. I guess I'm a little late...you already said you have an appointment. tongue.gif But yeah, the chiropractor's the best way to go. wink.gif Blah. I hate doctors as well. pinch.gif

You have to go to a physiotherapist...
if your bones kinda moved accidentally, the result could be disastraous

I'd go to a chiropractor.
Not only does the massage feel good, they're healing your back.
In a way.

I'd would go to a chiropractor if i were u.........when i was younger, i had really crazy dreams(theres a point to this story i swear) and whenever I slept on the top bunk of a bunk bed I would always fall out....and sometimes i landed on my back........well i went to a doctor and they told me that i needed to get my back checked out cause stuff like that although it doesnt usually hurt at the time will eventually mess u up later in life.....cause i guess it takes a while for the spine to move.....or something like that.
