uh i usually take food and pills with me, food to occupy my mouth and my stomache and pills..eh i cant swallow them so it takes me 498371283 to dissolve it so usually i just cut school and go home to rest

Go and buy "Pamperin" or something, it relieves cramps for up to 12 hours...just take them in the morning before school then you're ok for the rest of the day

 I used to bring little heating pads that they sell theres like 3 in a pack.. it makes it go away. it really helps a lot...

Advil works better than Midol in my opinion. But i guess its cause i get them so bad that Midol has no effect on me
 . Take Advil with you to school and take it in the bathroom. My old high school didn't let us take pills either, but all the girls still took pills in the bathroom or you can sneak it in if no one is looking at lunch time. Either one works...

if u can get a doctors note that says you have to have medicine at school, then they have to let you by law. but for the time being just take a few pills with you and be VERY dicrete when taking them. also, at most pharmacies they have these heating pads that stick to the inside of your underwear and they work VERY well.

Just take some midol or Pamprin with you and hide it or take it in the bathroom. Thats what I would do & if my period was unexpected & I got bad cramping I would go home. Cramps suck big time.

I get cramps in school too.
they suck! I usually take a few paracetemol and ibruprofen in by bag in case they get worse. There isn't a rule in our school about taking medicine to school the only rule like that in our school is that teachers can't give us anything. You should take some and go to the loo at break or dinner and have them then? No one'll know what you're doing in there. OR You could do something that'll try and take your mind off the pain. I try talking to whoever I'm near...? x |

just sneak the pills in,
i wouldn't survive without mine during my period. if the pain gets unbearable or you lose your pills or whatever... go to the nurse. at my school they often give you a heated pad and let you lie down for 30 minutes or so, and it REALLY helps. |
