Hey... ummm... does nebody know how to make a hover that when you move over a link it has small baby blue hearts popping up around the text? If you do plz let me know the code. Thnx

I think you mean the "Firework" code. Try to find it in Xanga Scripts.

well you can always upload your own baby blue hearts and add them to your hover as background
