css and div layering Options

kay.. i need help... so i made a layout thats of inyasha... and i div layered it and everything.... i had a topic like this earlier but no one answered and i guess i wrote the question wrong or something so yah... anyway ... the layout had a picture to the right a blog in the middle and the navigation at the side... but for some reason the div code isn't working i guess. i mean the blog is where its supposed to be but the words and stuff are below the navigation.... and the nav. is in the wrong spot... also, there is two navigation places or w.e one inside my blog space and one on top of the navigation in the blog space... is that confusing??? well anyway please help me! my site is www.xanga.com/me3e3e3e027 and heres the code i used
