Help!!!, Can't get css to work! Options

O.K well im trying to make an inuyasha layout but the div layering isnt really working... the navigation is supposed to be on the very left, the blog in the middle, and the picture to the right.... but when i refresh the navigation is in the blog and it just all messed up .. i can't see the image either.. so please HELP ME my xanga is 'ZXANGA' and heres the code

the reason your picture isnt working is because either the pic got taken off its server or sumtin,so u mgiht wanna find the pic and uplaod it somehwere yourself
