well.. my dentist numbs my gums.. but i can feel a little pain... eh. its not so bad.

i had like..100 cavities filled.. mellow.gif

yeah, same here. the dentist numbs your gums so you're not supposed to feel it, but it does hurt a bit.

nah the only part that hurts is wen they inject ur gums with the stuff that numbs it. but sometimes if they dont put enough then it hurts. once i got a fillling without gettin my gums numbed cuz my dentist was a butt and it hurt like crap but dont worry im sure they would numb ur gums if u are gonna get a filling

yeah it feels like a drills going thro my tooth lol.... which it is.... because it makes the cavity feel even worse when its being drilled

My denstist sometimes numbs my gums when he does my filings. I'm guessing it would hurt a little.

no not really, i just got my 4 fillings a month ago and all they did was numb it with this gel thing and then stuck 3 needles in my gum 3 different places ( i don't know why ) and then they went in with the drill. it doesn't hurt, it just gives you a weird feeling if they do it at the same place for awhile.

u get a shot in ur mouth to numb ur mouth haha..depending on where ur teeth is is how painful ur shot will be...haha but most of the time u dont really feel anything..and if u do, just be glad u dont feel aching pain from ur cavity anymore..haha

When your dentist numbs your mouth/gums, it stings a little. but after that, you shouldn't be able to feel anything else. but if you do, than just tell him and he will numb it some more.

Yes! Especially when they start scraping at your cavitiy. *shivers* But yeah, I had three shots put in when I was putting a crown in. LOL, my whole left side, including my tongue and lip was entirely numb for five hours straight. It was so effing cool. LOL xD

haha nah they put that numbin shat on u; u can hardly feel the shots; I insisted that they filled all 8 of my cavities so i wouldnt have to go back. My whole face felt all fat n shiet that whole day. that stuff takes forever to wear off though!

usually my dentist numbs...which hurts cause they use the shot thing

but my last cavity was small and they didn't numb it and all they do is sorta drill in there, and it doens't really hurt. I THINK is gets cold, but then they stop for a second. Yeah yu'll live through it cool.gif
