ah... you see, that was a skin, the person just used div layering to move the blof module and probably just added their own custom modules and filled them in with the normal xanga things, so.. the only what i can see to do that, is to

insert in custom header
get dish script
and then to use
CODE

<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
<DIV align="center" valign="middle" style="BORDER-RIGHT: #000000 1px solid; BORDER-TOP: #000000 1px solid; FILTER: alpha(opacity=100); OVERFLOW: auto; BORDER-LEFT: #000000 1px solid; WIDTH: 850px; BORDER-BOTTOM: #000000 1px solid; HEIGHT: 470px; BACKGROUND-COLOR:
#ffffff; MARGIN-LEFT: 100px; MARGIN-TOP: 100px">
<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

pay attentiion in particular to the bottom two sections (margins)...input different values to move your blog to where u want, lik... to the left a lil... usig postive AND negative values...

That was done by using two div layers, one for the person's custom modules (I don't believe the custom modules given in Xanga Scripts work, you need to make your own) and then one for the blog. Sometimes, depending on the position of the background, you also need to make a div layer for the header image.
