It's a default pretty much. You can use some codes from this site to jazz it up try removing the side mods or adding a banner, or boxing the whole thing...or something

here is some advice. make the background fixed. make the blog transparent so it is easier to read. change the color of the entry date to something other than red. and change the scrollbar to a different color. not purple.

It's a nice use of the modules, but the red in the date color just kills it.
