You should still try harder to keep in touch I mean I have a best friend who lives all the way in Austalia ( thats alot farther than just classrooms) and we still keep in touch. ^-^

ive been going thru this kind of situation with my friend jeremy. we were the closet of friends and considered each other cousins. but we stopped having time to hang out with school and other things. we've grown apart. and yes i do think about the memories and all the fun we had which makes me sad, just like with you. we've talked briefly recently but since we've grown apart we've made different groups of friends and all.
you need to talk to her. communication always helps this type of situation. the hard part is finding the words. you just really need to talk to her and tell her how you feel. if she doesnt think the same way as you then oh wells at least you know right. so just talk to her. i hope this helps.

My best friend is across the country at the moment. We are practically sisters but the space doesn't get in between our friendship at alll....Sounds like you need to start moving on. This girl has decided to...no matter how horrible and bitchy that is... SOmetimes life just f*cks you over and you gotta just let it make you stronger. I promise that you'll find a better friend, because now you know what kind of people to aviod getting close to. Awww don't cry! I have this friend who was like a brother to me too. But then we drifted because we crossed the line of friendship and ick.. our friendship got ruined. And yes, I cry because i miss those times me and him used to talk except in the past we HAVE drifted before..

The best thing you can do is talk to her about it. Ask her how come you guys don't talk anymore and say that you like her as a friend and dont want a friendship like that to be ruined.

My former best friend used to be in a different school. Same district though, just like 2 different Elementaries. Anyways, at her birthday party, she ignored me and started doing skits with this other girl and stuff. I got really pissed, and refuse to canoe with this like 9 year old. I talked to her afterwards, and I got even MORE pissed. Our best friendship didn't last past then, but now we're okay with eachother.
