Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Halford, Iced Earth, OZZY IS MY MAN!, Guns 'n Roses, Kiss, Tristania, Death, Saxon...yeah...I don't think alot of people know that the last three bands EXIST. Most of it is metal, real metal, not the "scream with bad riffs" kind. I listen to music for the actual music the guitar riffs, drum solos, etc. Not the lyrics. Heh..

Agreed. Like REALLY agreed.

I definitely do not have a favorite band, especially one that would appeal to a Dashboard Confessional fan. But (remotely) similar bands that I like are.. Arctic Monkeys, Razorlight, Duran Duran, Bravery.. You might like The Ramones or Bad Religion or Rancid. White Zombie's good too.
