i love cs and all, but then thers only 2 replies in here... not as much as i would expect... i play cs cz i want to get hl2... cs jus has too many hackers it ruins the whole thing wen u jus walk up and get a headshot from a knife out of nowhere and some sniper awps the eye out of all your oponents within 2 seconds of a new round....

cs gets boring after you get camped 5 rounds in a row........and play the same maps .........over.......adn over.........and over.........i QUIT last year and now play OTHER MODS...........like day of defeat, the specialists, Earth Special Forces(dbz mod), and Natural Selection(sort of of like avp).........:P

I stop playing after 1.6 came out. I waiting for CS:Source to come out before I start playing again. It 100x better then 1.6 for the previews I've seen for it.

Anyone with CZ play Counter-Strike: Source yet?

Source is HL2's multiplayer version and theirs a beta version out to all CZ owners.

You need a good comp for it to work well though. My comps kind of default and Source doesnt play well.



It does have some sweet features. Like the bodie style and such from Hitman, you can shoot dead bodies. Barrels and such move now. New models.

i love cs. nothing else even comes close, possibly in graphics, but in sheer longevity? no way in hell. aside from possibly everquest, maybe starcraft, does anything compare to cs? pre-1.5, how may paches were there? like next to none. i didnt start very early, but since i started playing, the only version was 1.5. thats it. its not like gunbound or ragnarok or whatever else where theyre patching things like crazy. thats genious. ...almost like the constitution or something... wow.

you can buy the half-life pack..it comes with like 4-5 cd-keys...you can use one..and sell the others...thats what i did...sold em for 10 bucks...the people i sold it to got ripped off...
