 im kinda in love wyd him...nd tha skins that yu already have...i've looked at nd i kinda dont lyk..altho i do have one as mi current skin...i juss need sometyn else....CAN ANYONE HELP?! i dont kno how to make a skin...and im shure for thoes hOo do...yu'd b able to help me nd make a new usher skin!!! thank you sooooo mucho!! if yu can....thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!! i love usher!!! i love URSHER!!! hahahaha lollollollollol!!!!!!

I cant help you but if u find someone who makes layouts then u can email them or sumthing, then u can mayb make one hope I helped :)

Um...this isn't the place for layout requests. There actually isn't a place to do so.
 If you really want a layout of Usher, you'd have to either search the Xanga Skins forum or PM a request to a designer that is accepting.
