Long/Short, ? Options

Is having long hair then having short hair? like shorthair as like up to ur shoulders.. is having long hair harder to do like brush and llike stuff t do with it? im not sure if i wanna leave mai hair long for the first day of skool or keep it short

my hair used to be midback...it was so pretty with natural curls. then i was a nerd and got it cut and layered so now it looks horrible if i dont straighten it =/

dun realLi matTer..if yoo have a long face, get shorter hair, if your face is a lil bit chubby, get shorter hair, but not to0 short.

it depends how you look like or how your hair is. my hair is really thick so mine is a little under my shoulders so its easier for me to straighten it.

I hate long hair. Mine is really thick, so if it's too long I can't pull it back or it hurts my head. But when I keep it down it drives me crazy.

well, wuteva fits ur face but i like med hair that goes to the chest. but ok:

fall: chest level
winter: long
spring: shouder level
summer: in between chin and shouder level

but these kinda vary, it just depends on ur face n stuff

i perfer short hair cause it's easy to manage, but right now i'm growing out my hair to about waist length, then once it's long enough i'm gonna get it cut nice and short again, and i'm going to donate what was cut to locks of love. my friend did that and she donated 11 inches :-)

Long hair: gd cuz u can play around with it. Fits ppl with rounder face.
bad cuz u get split ends easily..
Short hair: It is mor stylish and easy to work with. Fits ppl with SKINNY face..
bad cuz not MANY styles u gotta stick with watcha got.
I personally haf short hair.. SNIFF.. i used to have LONG hair.. lik almost to my butt.. n now? it is around my shoulders.. it is gd to keep long hair the trim it often.. i really regret cutting my hair.. i am more of a cubby girl :) u can see my pic on my xanga.

same here! except i hate my curls cuz whenever its curly my hair gets all frizzy & stuff....yuck

well, as it grows, you kind of get used to it. i used to have really long hair (to my hips/ top of butt sort of area) when i cut my hair, it was insane. i had cut of 14 inches! (i donated it! ) it was sooo light. i guess it all depends on how comfortable you are with your hair. my hair was getting pretty long, and i put it up a lot, i mean, in soccer, you can't have 2 ft of hair flying behind you!! lol!! and yeah, there's lots of stuff you can do with long hair. curl it, wave it, put it up in cool designs and such, french braiding makes it look real purdy in the morning when you take it out, or if you just kept the braids! lots of fun stuff with your hair!

Like they said it depends on how the hair length/style fits your face.

I don't really know how long my hair is cuz it's REALLY curly....so I can never tell the changes of growth unless it's c-able
I can tell you this though...If you don't have conditioner for curly hair...that's one hellified war that you won't win. lol

eh, i used to have really long hair (down to my butt), but it took a while to wash it, and brush it and all. but i love long hair, my hair right now is mid-back, and it's not as hard to take care of if it was long. but you should change your hair according to your face shape.

formedium hair it`s easy to manage. unless you have tangled hair then harder. shorter hair is very easy to manage. long long hair, it`s very hard to manage.

I used to have my hair long pretty much all the time. I never had it cut shorter than chest level. But one day, a horrible hair cut forced me to cut it short, like shoulder length short. And choppy. I had to get really short choppy layers in order to have my hair shaped better. I hated it at first, but now I kinda like it. If I didn't have that hair "disaster" I don't think I ever would have known that this type of hair cut looks good on me. I've gotten a ton of nice comments about it. And hair is just hair. It'll grow back.

short hair is def easier to manage. but if your a long-haired type girl, i think you should keep it because you can do more hair styles with it. the only thing i can do with my hair is wear it in a weird pony-tail or wear it down...
