image isn't showing up, Missing background piece Options

Hi.. so here's my page: www.myspace.com/dukesofyorkmusic

If you look under the music player and flickr/rhapsody links, there's an image missing.
All of the images to the left of it are all the same coding, and for some reason, this one is missing.

Here's the image that's supposed to go there: http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/2353/table38a.png

Does anyone know an explanation for this and how to fix it?

also, the layout is fairly close, but if anyone knows how to make the positioning of the entire layout work in ie (mainly the right side like player, shows, blogs,etc), that would be awesome.

Look for this:

Add a closing parenthesis at the end of the URL. As for the positioning, it looks fine on IE for me.
