Just wanted to reply @ Gigi, Steph, and Tina - how do you use pigments? Through foiling (wet, i.e. with Visine)? I don't know if I've asked before.

AUGH the pigments do look tempting! ;O I've never owned any pigments or loose powdered e/s before XD I didn't like using loose powdered blush. ;[

Frankly, I don't use pigments too often because I find the majority of them to be too sparkly for everyday use, plus they're messy.

But when I do, I use them like every other eyeshadow I have, though I try to make sure not to powder over UDPP so it sticks better. And to use a flat shadow brush and pat it on rather than sweeping - otherwise it can fly everywhere!

I have a few mineral blushes which I like, but the inconvenience of tapping it out, making sure not to spill, etc in the morning is sooo annoying.

Sometimes I do it like Gigi, or I foil with Fix+. I would totally use mine more if it wasn't as messy. Most of the time it ends up on my carpet. stubborn.gif

I love powdered blush! It's pretty much the only powdered product I don't fuss about because of the mess.

Yeah, I use it like my eyeshadows, and like Gigi said, I take a very small amount and just pat it on, cause otherwise it goes everywhere. I've used it both dry and wet, but usually just dry and over primer or something. New makeup pics soon I think! hehe

7 For All Mankind Gwenevere jeggings in black..

they are AM.. A...ZING.

I was super hesitant to try them on because I have more muscular legs... but I finally tried a few on (Joe's, J Brand, COH and 7FAM) and they were freaking AMAZING! super comfortable and more flattering than leggings (and are nothing like skinny jeans!) highly recommended.

My sister bought a pair similar to those, except they were double-knit pants rather than jeans. They felt really soft and fitted, but more like thicker leggings or something.

I don't really like the washes on any current 7FAM, but I do own a few old ones from back in '06. :]] my thighs are muscular (okay, more like mine are flabby) as well, so I'm really picky on how skinny jeans look on me. I know many girls who can wear any pair of skinny jeans and they'll look great.

And alas, I can still only wear kids' jeans cry.gif

AUGH... I haven't bought clothes in so long D;

Did you do Metrotown on boxing day? How was that?

I worked on boxing day instead of shop, but I did earn myself a store value credit in the process that went towards this SUPER awesome olympic hoodie that I am very happy about:

Totally spontaneous, but Fidelity jeans - Scoop skinny jeans in Viper rinse or something blahblah. I didn't care. They were in my size, 50% off and looked amazing. I did not care that I bought J Brand straight legs in Ink a few months ago (and haven't hemmed them yet...yeah I know).

Hope you got a super good deal on those Fidelity's, Gigi (as in around the $50 range?) cause they have been having warehouse sales non-stop for what seems to be the last two years.

And Steph, I'm sure they'll be on sale right after the Olympics are over! I couldn't wait though.. I have no patience and I'm sure I'll regret it =\

Lace leggings from when revolve had an extra 30% code ($92 leggings for about $30!)

And ASOS is currently having 20% off everything, so..

silk dress (~$50 from $190!)

lace blazer ($60 from over $100)

yay bargains :) even though I'm broke... heh heh heh

I LOVE Sugarbomb, it's like a shimmery glowy Dandelion. Not as frosty as I first expected (which is good). It's not pigmented by any means - but it does add a nice flush to the skin if you use enough of it (and you're pale enough). I kinda like that actually - it means I can use as much as I want without looking like a clown.

This is the reason why I tend to shy away from cream blushes - I always fear that they will make me look like a clown, so I stick to powder ones XD And I always worry about looking like a clown when I do my makeup at Tony's house. The lighting in the whole house is really yellowy... =_=

Haha, I agree, Christina, but they make great bases for similar colored blushes! I'm kind of getting more into blushes, and cream ones are the first on my list. :3

Went to Florida for vacation and got a tiny bit carried away (the deals were really, really GREAT!). And I am partly posting this so that I myself do not forget what I have purchased blush.gif

The non-Disney, non-food purchases

Knit sweater: Marc by Marc Jacobs
White jeans: Unknown brand from Saks
Blue denim leggings: 7 For All Mankind
Tights: Wolford
Tuxedo Blazer: Elizabeth and James
Shoes: Diane Von Furstenberg flats, Stuart Weitzman sandal booties, BCBGMAXAZRIA jewled pumps, Max Studio flats
Bag: Forever 21

Ombre cashmere scarf: Saks 5th Avenue
Asymmetrical cocktail dress: French Connection
Blue draped dress with belt: Barneys Co-op
Wrap skirt: Forever 21
Yellow silk top: BCBGMAXAZRIA
Asymmetrical patterned silk top: 7 For All Mankind
Asymmetrical jumpsuit: Forever 21

Accessories: J. Crew headband, French Connection zebra skinny belt, American Apparel OTK cable knit socks, BCBGMAXZRIA earrings, Marni sunglasses

crispin & basilio jacket, vintage plaid blazer, wine bottle lookalike umbrella!

However, even with all these beautiful pieces of clothing and accessories, my favourite thing from this trip is this strawberry scented Lotso bear gifted by my boyfriend.... hee hee

I approve. I know everyone has glasses like these now, but yours are shaped a bit differently than most other black frames I've seen. How much were they?
