I don't remember what you're referring to. Animal has different products so it depends what one you mean.
I think you may have asked about NO2 supps, in which case all of them are ****. |

If you mean the original Animal Pak (as opposed to "Animal Pump", "Animal Flex", etc.) then that's just a multivitamin. It's fine to take that, but not economically the best value. You can go to Costco and get a big jar of soft-gel capsules for better absorption and a cheaper price in total.

Yeah, but GNC rapes you in the ass with their prices for certain things. Their multi is called "Mega Men's" or something stupid like that. It's okay if you get it for around $10.
