You can, but you would have to extract the CSS inside the header and most HTML codes inside the body because Dreamweaver creates pages from <html> to </html> which may or may not mess up your page. You'd also have to keep in mind all the elements on a MySpace page that you would need to hide or work around.

I like to code by hand for both MySpace and website pages. I don't really like using page builders like Dreamweaver.
