I Have No Experience In Making Div Layouts But Am Going To college For It
I'm Making A Personal Div Layout But Its Not By Any Means Perfect Which Leads Me To 2 Questions... 1.is There Anyone That Could Make It For Me A Layout Based On this Band Panik If Not... 2.How Can I Insert Links Into A Photo That Says Home,Message,Add,Playlists ETC. |

^What she said. In addition, if you're trying to slice some images to turn into links, I suggest looking through TJ's tutorial on here.

You'll need to learn how to make DIVs. Check out this tutorial or this tutorial.
