alright, i'm working on coding a layout, and when i have it all in one document, it works great..
http://www.juiceb0xx.com/testinglayout.php & it has the right background, and the columns scroll.

but when i make a style sheet and add php includes, it looks like this..
http://www.juiceb0xx.com/test.php

on bigger screens, it has a white background, and the columns are not scrolling.
what seems to be wrong?

thanks for your help!
